Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
App Store Billing: If purchased via Google Play or Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription management and cancellation must be done through your respective Store account settings.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final after the free trial period. Refunds are only issued where required by applicable local consumer law or in cases of documented technical failure on our part. Contact: support@fireflyfit.ai.

AI is subject to errors and may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate outputs. Always consult a certified trainer or physician before following any plan, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. Results vary between users and are not guaranteed.
You agree not to:
· Upload NSFW, inappropriate, or illegal content or photos.
· Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the App's security or payment gates.
· Share your account credentials with other individuals.
· Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from FireflyAI.
· Misuse the AI coaching features for purposes other than personal fitness guidance.
The App's code, design, brand, and AI-generated plan templates are the intellectual property of FireflyAI. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal fitness purposes only. You may not redistribute, copy, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FireflyAI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice for violations of these Terms, including non-payment, uploading prohibited content, or abuse of AI features.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email.
