Personal Information: Name and email address, collected via Google Sign-In or manual registration.
Health & Fitness Data: Weight, height, age, gender, fitness goals, injury limitations, and activity levels that you voluntarily provide to generate your personalised plan.
Visual Data (Sensitive): Photos you upload for body scanning and progress tracking. These are transmitted securely to third-party AI APIs for analysis. Photos are not permanently stored on our servers after processing.
Payment Data: Transaction IDs and subscription status only. We do not store credit card or bank account numbers. Payments are processed via UPI / Google Pay (India) and Google Play / Apple App Store billing for in-app purchases.
Usage Data: Anonymised analytics (session duration, feature usage) to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included.
Your data is used strictly to:
· Generate personalised AI workout and nutrition plans based on your biometrics and goals.
· Perform AI-driven body composition analysis from photos you upload.
· Track your fitness progress over time.
· Process subscription payments and prevent fraud.
· Improve app quality through anonymised usage analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or third-party marketers.
Important: Your body photos and biometric data are transmitted to Google Gemini API for AI body analysis. By using this app, you explicitly consent to this transfer. Google processes this data under their own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not use your photos for AI model training.
Anthropic Claude API — used for the Macro Scanner (food photo analysis). Food photos are sent for processing and are not stored or used for training.
Google Firebase — used for secure database, authentication, and photo storage.
You have the right to:
· Access the personal data we hold about you.
· Correct inaccurate data in your profile.
· Delete your account and all associated data (available in Profile → Account Settings).
· Withdraw consent for AI processing at any time. Note: this disables core AI features of the app.
· Portability of your fitness data upon written request.

Account and fitness data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your account removes all personal data from active databases within 30 days. Body photos are not retained after AI processing is complete.
All data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption. We use Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard access controls. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take commercially reasonable precautions.
This app is designed for users 18 years of age or older. Users aged 14–17 may use the app only with verified parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
